Once a project has been designed and specified we are able to continue our service through to completion. Our Contract Administration role might include sending the project to competitive tender, reporting of tenders, selecting appropriate building contracts and overseeing the works on site. The wide range of expertise and flexible approach offered by Hughes Jay & Panter mean we are able to provide services to suit refurbishment, new build or development projects and provide alternative services such as Project Co-ordination and Employers Agent.
